It is an audio or visual communication system which provides the owner /occupier with a safe and convenient way to alert you that someone is at your premises.

From the external door station the caller presses the desired unit number either by a simple call button, to a more advanced digital scroll unit, where the tenants name can be displayed if required. The person in the premises then has the option to communicate with the caller and grant access if required.

This is often used by owners, occupiers, landlords in residential premises, units, complexes, unmanned reception areas, boom gates or anywhere a door bell just isn't enough providing that added value and security to any property. Some systems are relatively straightforward to install as a DIY project or alternatievely installed by professionals
